RECIPE: Burj 3-herbs Pasta (Penne) for 6 portions/6 people

Ingredients
Pasta:
1. 400 g pasta (penne) boiled and drained
2. 3 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
3. 1/2 cup mixed herbs, chopped (coriander leaves, dill, mint leaves)

Sauce:
1. 500g minced beef
2. 1 large onion, chopped
3. 1 pack fresh mushroom, sliced
4. 3 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
5. 1/2 cup mixed herbs, chopped (dill, coriander leaves, mint leaves)
6. 2 paxs tomato paste (1 pax 135g)
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Methods
Pasta:
1. Using medium-sized dry clean bowl, mix 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 cup mixed herbs.
2. Add boiled & drained pasta, mix thoroughly.

Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and add 3 tablespoons olive oil.
2. Add chopped onion, stir until onion is soft (careful not to burnt the onion).
3. add minced beef, stir and leave for 5 minutes (continuously stirring).
4. Add tomato paste, stir thoroughly
5. Add 1/2 cup mixed herbs, stir and leave for 5 minutes (continuously stirring).
5. Add sliced mushrooms, stir and leave for 5 minutes (continuously stirring).
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stir.

Serve on plate as in photo

Total cooking time: 20 minutes
