How to Get Rid of Black Undereye Circles

Good tips that I found from eHow.com :)

Step 1
Get plenty of sleep. Don't short yourself on snooze time. Proper sleep is necessary for good overall health and a sharp mind as well as a glowing appearance.

Step 2
Eat healthy. Your diet can affect your appearance too. If you're not eating properly it will show in the way you look. It is important to eat a healthy balanced diet.

Step 3
Take a vitamin supplement if you suffer from an iron deficiency. If you've been known to skimp on meals a vitamin supplement can help ensure you get the vitamins and minerals you need.

Step 4
Use a concealer to help hide dark undereye circles. Make sure to blend well and let dry thoroughly. Then apply foundation, let dry and dust lightly with a coat of face powder.

Step 5
Apply cold tea bags or cucumber slices to the eyes to reduce puffiness.

Step 6
Limit intake of salt, caffeine and alcohol which can cause the body to retain fluid and contribute to eye puffiness.

Step 7
Draw attention away from undereye circles by applying makeup in a way that draws attention upward instead. You can do this by dabbing a bit of irridescent eyeshadow in shades such as white, gold or pink just beneath the brow bone. It also helps to use eyeliner only on the upper eyelids. Applying liner to the lower lids will only draw attention to undereye circles rather than away from them.
